कसोद राजस्थान सहित भारत के कई भागों में पाया जाने वाला एक आकर्षक वृक्ष है। इसकी पहचान इसके पीले फूलों, संयुक्त पत्तियों और लंबी चपटी फलियों से आसानी से की जा सकती है। राजस्थान वन विभाग की सूची में कसोद का वानस्पतिक नाम Cassia siamea दिया गया है। इसका वर्तमान स्वीकृत नाम Senna siamea है।

The Kassod Tree, also known as Siamese Senna or Siamese Cassia, is an attractive tree recognised by its yellow flowers, compound leaves and long flat pods.
